Operation Undertow

Long before the coast became a battlefield, it belonged to the locals. Fishermen, dock workers, mechanics, farmers, and smugglers built an underground network capable of moving weapons, supplies, and contraband without attracting attention. Over time, that network became known as Cartel de la Costa — The Coastal Crew.

They aren’t a conventional army. They wear civilian clothing, carry whatever weapons they can acquire, and operate from hidden caches, safehouses, and isolated properties throughout the region. What they lack in equipment and organization, they make up for with knowledge of the terrain, loyalty to their own, and the ability to disappear as quickly as they strike.

Now intelligence has exposed their operation, and Kraken Special Operations Group has been sent to dismantle it. Kraken may have the training and equipment — but they’re entering someone else’s backyard. The coast belongs to Cartel de la Costa, and they have no intention of surrendering it.

Find the network. Break the Cartel. Leave them no safe harbor.
