These Terms of Service govern your use of coyoteforce.com and related online services operated by C&L Enterprises d/b/a Coyote Airsoft & Paintball. By using our site, purchasing tickets or merchandise, or registering for events, you agree to these Terms.
Use our website only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, or submit false information. We may suspend access for violations.
Event details and pricing may change. Unless stated otherwise, tickets are generally non-refundable; transfers may be available. You must meet age, equipment, and field requirements. We may cancel or reschedule events for weather, safety, or operations.
Physical merchandise may be shipped to the address you provide, or picked up at Coyote Field (8001 County Rd 550 E, Ladoga, IN 47954) when you select field pickup at checkout. Bring photo ID and your order confirmation. Pickup is during open field hours or by arrangement.
Title and risk of loss for shipped items pass when we deliver the package to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates.
Returns: Unused, unworn merch in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup for store credit or exchange, unless marked final sale. Contact info@coyoteforce.com before returning. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we shipped the wrong or defective item. Event tickets, memberships, and admission products are not returnable under this section. Mixed orders: ticket rules still apply to ticket line items.
Airsoft, paintball, and gellyball involve inherent injury risks. All participants (or a parent/guardian for minors) must complete required waivers at waiver.coyoteforce.com and/or check-in. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Follow Coyote field rules, safety briefings, and staff instructions. See Airsoft Rules. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
Site content is owned by C&L Enterprises or licensors. Do not reproduce content without permission except for personal, non-commercial reference.
The website is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for website-related claims is limited to amounts you paid us in the prior twelve months, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by Indiana law. Disputes shall be brought in Indiana courts.
