These Terms of Service govern your use of coyoteforce.com and related online services operated by C&L Enterprises d/b/a Coyote Airsoft & Paintball. By using our site or registering for events, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Website

Use our website only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, or submit false information. We may suspend access for violations.

Tickets, Events, and Bookings

Event details and pricing may change. Unless stated otherwise, tickets are generally non-refundable; transfers may be available. You must meet age, equipment, and field requirements. We may cancel or reschedule events for weather, safety, or operations.

Waivers and Assumption of Risk

Airsoft, paintball, and gellyball involve inherent injury risks. All participants (or a parent/guardian for minors) must complete required waivers at waiver.coyoteforce.com and/or check-in. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Field Rules and Conduct

Follow Coyote field rules, safety briefings, and staff instructions. See Airsoft Rules. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

Intellectual Property

Site content is owned by C&L Enterprises or licensors. Do not reproduce content without permission except for personal, non-commercial reference.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for website-related claims is limited to amounts you paid us in the prior twelve months, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indiana law. Disputes shall be brought in Indiana courts.
