Booking a private group means you will only play amongst yourselves, NEVER mixing in with other groups or players!
Your group will be VIP for the day and hosted by one of our amazing staff members from start to finish. Paintball private parties can be reserved any day of the week during daylight hours.
Coyote Field can accommodate up to 100 players at a time, so whether you only have a handful or a hundred players we have a package for you. Choose an airsoft, paintball, or gellyball group package below.
For groups of less than 5, we also host Public Games every Saturday & Sunday, no reservation Required!
Booking a Private Party means you and your friends / family will not be mixing in with other players during your games! Every time you go out for a game of airsoft, paintball, or gellyball your group will have that entire playing field all to yourselves. You will play several games on several different playing fields during your party.
Group pricing includes a dedicated COYOTE staff member who will be with you the entire time, explaining rules, hosting your games and catering to all of your needs.
Click the “Book Party” button. To lock in a start time, you’ll choose any open slot you like and place a $50 deposit to make it official. Your deposit will be taken out of your final bill, which you don’t have to pay until you arrive! We have a 72 hour cancellation policy, so if something comes up please let us know three days in advance otherwise we will have to keep the deposit. If you need to reschedule just give us a call!
Yes, private groups do require a reservation.You can book a private group at Coyote Airsoft & Paintball seven days a week, anytime during daylight hours! To see our availability and make a reservation, please click the “Book Online” button below any of our packages.
We recommend 4-10 players for everyone to have fun. You can still have a party with less than 4 players (we host small groups all the time) but the group rate is flat so there’s no discount for having less players as you’ll be renting out a private party.
YES!! Bring anything you want to make it your party. Bring in your own decorations, food, drinks. We sell drinks and snacks in our pro shop, but if you want to bring your own, help yourself. Please note we do not have the ability to plug in crock pots or store any ice cream cakes / keep items cold (we recommend bringing a cooler if you need to keep something cold).
Minimum age is 6+ for Gellyball at Coyote Field. Minimum age for Airsoft is 10+ and Paintball is 12+. No maximum, parents are welcome to join!
Absolutely, as long as it meets our field requirements for safety! Members of your party are welcome to bring their own airsoft gun, paintball marker, or gel blaster. There is no difference in price for player equipped parties or rental equipped parties.
Yes there is a waiver that must be signed by a parent / guardian (for kids under the age of 18). Please click this link or the button below. We also have waivers in our proshop you can fill out before you play!
